Who is responsible

What data we collect
The site has no contact forms and no private areas: we never ask for your name, email or phone number. If you message us on WhatsApp or book through Airbnb, Booking or Vrbo, those services handle your data under their own privacy rules; whatever you send us is used only to reply and to organise your stay.
Technical information
The site stores only two things in your browser, without which it would not work as you expect: the language you chose and your cookie choice. They stay on your device, are not sent to us and need no consent.
Statistics: Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept”, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited to see how many people visit the site, from which countries and which pages they read. We only see overall figures: we do not know who you are. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_…, which last up to 2 years. We do not use these data for advertising. Google may process some data in the United States, under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information in Google's privacy policy.
The Google map
The map on the home page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. That is why it only loads if you accept cookies or click “Show the map”.
Website hosting
The site is hosted by Ergonet, which automatically records access data (IP address, date and time, page requested) for technical and security reasons and keeps it only as long as necessary.
To know how many pages are read, we also use our own cookie-free counter: it records only the day, the page opened, the referring site (for example Google) and whether you use a phone or a computer. It does not store your IP address or any other data that could identify you, and uses no cookies, so it does not ask for consent.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (Articles 15–22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). If you believe your data are not handled correctly, you can contact a data protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
